Booking and Slot Guarantee Policies

At Fisioterapia en Colombia, our commitment is to provide you with punctual, high-quality care. To ensure the availability of our specialists and equipment, we manage our schedule under the following booking policies:

1. The Booking Deposit

To confirm any individual appointment, an advance deposit of $30.000 COP is required.

• This amount is an advance payment that will be deducted from the total cost of your therapy on the day of your appointment.
• The slot reservation is only considered confirmed once the proof of payment has been received.

2. Deposit Validity (30-Day Expiration)

To ensure efficient administrative management, every deposit has a maximum validity of 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

• Expiration: If a month goes by without the patient attending their appointment or requesting a valid rescheduling, the deposit will automatically expire.
• Handling: Once this period has expired, the amount will not be refundable and cannot be applied to services in later months, as it covers the operating costs of holding slots in the system.

3. No-Refund Policy

The booking deposit is non-refundable. By making the payment, the patient accepts that this amount compensates for:

1. The exclusive blocking of the professional's schedule.
2. The administrative costs of scheduling and equipment preparation.
3. The lost income from the slot that can no longer be used by other patients.

4. Changes and Rescheduling (Minimum 24 Hours)

We understand that unexpected events can arise. You can move your appointment without losing your deposit under these conditions:

• Mandatory notice: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Usage period: The new assigned date must fall within the 30-day validity period of the original deposit.
• Late cancellations: If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the deposit will be taken as compensation for the professional's time, and no rescheduling with the same payment will be possible.

5. Punctuality Commitment

• We allow a waiting margin of 15 minutes.
• After this time, the session will be canceled out of respect for the schedule of the following patients, and the deposit will be considered used.
